Description

Automatic quick open filter press are driven by lengthened cylinder with extended frame, all filter plates are connected by stainless steel chains(or vane), driven by the pressing plate and they could all open at once. With the automatic shaking device, the filter press could discharge automatically.
Advantage: quick pulling plate, automatic auxiliary discharging, compact structure, labor saving, high level automation.
Disadvantage: the plates should not be too much, range of application is targeted.
It is widely used in concrete, ceramics, coking, building materials and other industries.

Features

  • The material of main beam supported the filter press is bridge steel Q345 and it is welded forming by submerged arc welding. After blasting treatment of high-speed air shot blasting machine, the surface of rust and oxide layer not only will be removed, and its surface hit a small masks to ensure stronger paint adhesion and not easy to fall off. It has the advantage of corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and good iMPact resistance.
  • The filter plate mainly used the production of Nordic flexible TPE, and is formed with our unique formula. It has the features of good mechanical properties, chemical stability, pressure resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, light weight, smooth surface, good sealing and easy to wash.
  • Pulling plate discharging structure mainly adopts repeated one set filter plates or pull apart all filter plates at one time, with the features of high-speed pulling plate, automatic auxiliary discharge, compact structure, labor-saving and high lever of automation.
