Description

DNY belt filter press is a kind of equipment can working continuously for solid-liquid separation.

For solid-liquid separation to reduce the moisture content of materials what with high water content, convenience for the directly final disposal. There are two functions of this type of equipment, concentration and squeeze dewatering. It is a integrated system with two-level preloading for more concentrated dewatering. Step-less speed control for filter cloth driving motor, to secure procedure control of treating material quantity and water content.
Widely used in these areas: municipal wastewater treatment plants, paper making, food, fine chemicals, mining, printing and dyeing, power generating, metallurgy, coal and other sewage treatment plant material dehydration conditions.

Features

  • A specially designed point is ultra large diameter circular arc dewatering technology at transition dehydration zone, it could increase the pressure of filter belt gradually and prevent mud running effectively. So that the sludge treatment quantity could extremely improve.
  • Compact design of the frame, S type guide roller composition, reduced overall space volume, better dehydration effect.
  • Simplified structure, less faults, specified and optional filter nets, effective pre-dehydration.
  • Additional pressing roller to ensure stable preloading, less mud leakage.
  • PLC control designing: according to premium users’ demand, we provide machines with PLC control system. Sludge feeding quantity, flocculant dosage, production quantity or dehydration quantity could be optimized automatically and almost unmanned maneuver.
