Description

High pressure round filter press developed by my company on the base of square shape filter plate and combining with specific industry needs. Improved round filter plate equipment. with the advantages of stable operation 、high feeding pressure and lower cake moisture.
Widely used in: stone waste water, ceramics, advanced soil, bentonite, active soil, building materials and other industries.

Features

  • The whole machine adopts Q345B (GB/T1591-94) steel plate, which is processed by six sides with strong compressive strength.
  • fixed plate, pressure plate, and the oil cylinder bracket ，all use Q345B steel plate welding, flaw detection and the tempering treatment, eliminate thermal deformation, integration, and finishing the overall strength, no deformation.
  • Hydraulic pressing mode with steady running and high pressure，while filtering and blowing， ensure free of spray between sealing area of filter plate under working pressure of 0.4-0.8MPa after pressing.
