Description

Stainless steel filter press is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloy or 304, 306 high-quality stainless steel materials, corrosion resistant, durable, filter plate adopts threaded structure, can chose different filter material (filter material can use microporous membrane filter, filter paper, filter cloth, clarify plate, etc.) according to customer’s different products. The sealing ring adopts silica gel and fluorine rubber (acid and alkali resistant), no leakage and good sealing performance.
Chemical: dyes, pigments, alum powder, electrolytic manganese.
Medicine: antibiotics (aureomycin, erythromycin, spiramycin, well - doxycycline, medemycin.
Clay: kaolin, bentonite, active soil and other industries.

  • With the microfiltration membrane, the filter press is used to filtrate the filter activated carbon, fine particles of chemical industry, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, guarantee 100% non-flowing carbon, high flow, easy to remove and install.
  • At the same time, we produce multi-use of plate and frame filter (secondary filtration), one time feeding, and achieve the initial fluid half fine filtration, precision filtration (various aperture filtration material also exist, to solve the different requirements).
  • Both the pump and input parts are quick - mounted connection and easy to remove and clean.
