Description

Plate-frame filter press is a very mature dewatering equipment and widely used in Europe and the United States Sludge Dewatering project.
The Filter plate with filtrate pathway and filter frame are arranged in parallel alternately, each group of filter plate and filter frame is sandwiched with filter cloth, the filter plate and the filter frame are pressed tightly by pressing end, so that the filter plate and the filter plate form a pressure filter chamber. Sludge from the feed into the inlet, then water through the filter plate from the export of filtrate, mud cakes stacked in the filter cloth, filter plate and filter frame loosened after the mud cake is very easy to peel down. This filter press has many strong advantages: simple operation, cake with high solid rate, the powerful applicability.
The plate-frame filter press is mainly used chemical、ceramics、petroleum、food、smelting, etc.

Features

  • The plate frame filter press is a kind of filter press type and it’s the most traditional filter press. Now “plate frame filter press” normally called as the common name of filter presses. Actually, it refers to plate & frame type filter press. For plate frame filter press, today it's mainly used for fine filtration.
  • For the plate frame filter press, the hollow frames are put between two plates to form a filter chamber. Generally, for the filter presses, the filter medium is the filter press cloth. But for the plate frame filter press, the filter plate is flat, so except the filter cloth, it can use the filter paper to realize fine filtration.
  • Our plate frame filter press has various closing types: manual jack, manual hydraulic, electrical hydraulic etc.. And plate frame material can be customized according to your material needs, such as: PP, stainless steel or the cast iron materials.
