Description
The screw filter follows the principles of same direction of force and water、thin layer dewatering、proper pressure and prolonging the dewatering path. It solved the technical problems that the previous generation equipment cannot handle such as the easy blockage、the inability to deal with low concentration sludge and oily sludge、 high energy consumption and complicated operation, which achieves the dehydration target of energy-efficient. Under the condition of fully automatic operation, the machine can achieve high efficiency flocculation and continuously complete sludge thickening and crushing dewatering, and eventually collect filtrate reflux or discharge.
It’s widely used in municipal wastewater treatment projects and food, starch, grease, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper, leather and other industries of water treatment systems.
