Membrane filter press is widely applied in sludge, sewage treatment.The lowest moisture content of filter cake has achieved less than 60%, compared with the traditional chamber filter press, the highest solid content of filter cake can be increased by more than 2 times, and the cost of cake transportation is greatly reduced. Filter cake can be directly burned into the power plant. The sludge will be changed into resources, completely replacing the chamber filter press.

The main difference between the membrane filter press and the ordinary chamber filter press is that two elastic membranes (the composite rubber diaphragm is the integral membrane) are installed on both sides of the filter plate. During operation, when the material is finished, the high-pressure fluid media can be injected into the membrane plate. The whole diaphragm bulges, compacts the cake, and further dehydrates the cake.

Advantages:

1. The membrane filter press adopts the expansion design of filter plate. Apply gas to filter plate to expand and deform and squeeze filter cake in the middle of filter plate to reduce moisture content of filter cake. 

2. Gas backblowing technology is adopted. When the filter press stops feeding, the filter cake is filled with high pressure gas, and the filter slag is further dried, which can reduce the capillary water and structure water in the filter slag. The former two advantages can reduce the moisture of filter cake to about 9%. 

3. At the top of the feed inlet design of the diaphragm filter press, through the sloping filter plate, the filtrate is in full contact with the diaphragm, and the maximum filtration is achieved, which improves the filtration speed and increases the working efficiency. 

4. The structure of the filter plate. Each filter plate is composed of a composite plate and a polypropylene filter plate, and the composite plate is made up of two filter frames, which is equivalent to two filters simultaneously, which not only facilitates the replacement of filter cloth, but also makes the efficiency increase exponentially. 

5. The material of filter plate. Filter plate of membrane filter press is generally glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, membrane is natural rubber, raw materials are imported. 

6. PLC automatic control. The diaphragm filter press adopts the design of automatic washing filter cloth, which saves water and time. It also adopts the design of automatic unloading, automatic drawing plate, which can be controlled by one person.
